			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Today in Lviv starts the Win with the Lion conference.  The head of our company Roman Matys for two days will be taking part in round tables devoted to positioning the city as a tourist center and cities’ marketing and branding.</p>

<p>Lviv City Council together with the representatives of Lviv tourism sphere organize the first tourism conference &#8220;Win with the Lion!&#8221; which will be held on October 29-30, 2009 in Lviv.</p>
<p>The purpose of the event is to exchange experiences in positioning the city as a tourist center and establishing the cooperation between the tourist areas at both national and international levels.</p>
<p>The agenda provides presentations of local and foreign experts in tourism area, round tables on branding and city’s tourism products, master classes, and also the discussion of the city joining the International Association «European Cities Marketing». </p>
<p>&#8220;Win with the Lion!&#8221; is:<br />
•	the platform for cooperation between the tourism industry leaders<br />
•	exchange of experience in cities’ branding and marketing<br />
•	presentation of best case practices in tourism management in European cities<br />
•	generating ideas, discussions, debates<br />
•	establishing partnerships<br />

The project was initiated by the advertising, marketing and PR agency <a href="http://pure.com.ua/">Pure*</a> and was supported by <a href="http://www.propaganda.lviv.ua/">Propaganda Music</a>  promotion group within the MTV Youth Movement <a href="http://www.coolukraine.com/">“Cool Ukraine”</a>.</p>

The first party Vyshyvanka Party Propaganda Music held on the Independence Day of Ukraine. This night in &#8220;Pozitiff&#8221; will play T-One, Marik and Omax.</p>

<p>MTV channel has launched a great youth movement Cool Ukraine. Konstantin Stryukov, CEO of MTV Ukraine, had pronounced the following words: “If it is impossible to choose parents, the home you choose. And we have made our choice. Our motherland is Ukraine! It&#8217;s the coolest country in the world. For us. For the Ukrainian people”.<br />
Everyone can contribute to our campaign. On the Independence Day hang up a flag upon your door, balcony, or in the window. Dress in a shirt of Ukraine’s national team or other clothing with the colors of our country. Come out to the street with a flag or tie it up on your neck. And you&#8217;ll see that there are a lot of us &#8211; those who take pride in their country, who think it’s cool! This year the Independence Day will be the day of the yellow-blue drive. These colors you will see everywhere, and you will be part of it. And part of Ukraine. And it’s cool! We could not just pass by such an interesting and necessary project, because our company’s motto is “only what matters”. Our position is to do only those things which are really good. We have become partners of the event in order to exert forces to the social project dedicated to our motherland, and to fix in the minds of youth the slogan: Ukraine is cool country, Ukraine is important! </p>

			<content:encoded><![CDATA[<p>Promotion action which will raffle the tickets to Philip Kotler’s master class in Odesa, will be held from August 10 to September 10, 2009. Students, graduate students and professors the Universities of Ukraine are eligible to take part in the applicable promotion. </p>
<p>Rules of the tickets drawing to Philip Kotler’s master class “Managing and Marketing in the Age of Turbulence” in Odessa on 18.09.2009 (hereinafter referred to as “rules” and “promotion”, respectively). </p>
<p>I. General Provisions.<br />
1. Location of promotion: promotion takes place in Odessa.<br />
2. Time of promotion: promotion takes place on 10.08.2009 to 10.09.2009 inclusive.<br />
3. Founder of promotion: closed joint-stock company &#8220;PLASKE&#8221;.<br />
4. Participants: individuals, who are citizens of Ukraine, who are students or graduates of higher educational establishments of Ukraine are eligible to take part in the promotion.<br />
5. Prizes: the prizes will be tickets to the master-class of Philip Kotler “Managing and Marketing in the Age of Turbulence” in Odessa on 18.09.2009, in &#8220;Standard&#8221; package. </p>
<p>II. Participation in the Promotion.<br />
1. Promotion entry is by completing the registration form on the sites <a href="http://www.kotler.in.ua">www.kotler.in.ua</a> and <a href="http://www.pure.com.ua">www.pure.com.ua</a> and providing the organizer a document confirming entrant’s status (student card or certificate).<br />
2. Organizers allot 10 tickets in the &#8220;standard&#8221; package for ten random winners. </p>
<p>III. Receiving prizes.<br />
1. Winners will be defined by the organizers by the lottery in the last day of the promotion.<br />
2. Winners’names will be published on sites <a href="http://www.kotler.in.ua">www.kotler.in.ua</a> and <a href="http://www.pure.com.ua">www.pure.com.ua</a> after notification by phone.<br />
3. The determination and decision of the organizers on all matters shall be final. The founder reserves the right to resolve all disputable issues related to the selection of the drawing winners. </p>
<p>IV. Final Provisions.<br />
1. By participating in this promotion, the Parties are deemed to review and accept these rules.<br />
2. Founder, as a taxpayer on a common basis, calculates the amount of individual income tax and deducts it in from the winners’ prizes pay.<br />
3. The tax is calculated according to the actual tax legislation of Ukraine. </p>

<p>The company <strong>pure*</strong> has become the General advertising partner of the event. We have taken a series of measures to attract advertising and content partners to the master-class, production and placement of advertisement, organized the commercials rotation, held media planning and conducted media-buying, organized event promotion in the Internet and public relations support within the partnership programs. It is about two months left till the master class, and the work has not stopped for a second. The texts are written, layouts are imposed, forums and blogs are filled. There is a committed work for the result. Exactly, this is how our team used to take up the task &#8211; with such enthusiasm and persistency. Our goal is the results. Only what matters.</p>

<p>01.07.2009 was started the unscheduled renaming and re-branding of advertising agency &#8220;Vyshcha Syla&#8221;. The need for renaming has emerged from the moment when there arose the first client, all matters of which had to be coordinated with foreign specialists. The pronunciation of the name &#8220;Higher Power&#8221; became a real phonetic challenge for them. We won’t be surprised if from time to time they encountered a desire to change partners for their own convenience. The time has passed, the number of such clients grew, thus in early 2009 we have taken a resolute decision to create a new brand. To tell the truth, the process is not simple, long lasting, but very pleasant in terms of the results.</p>
<p>So, now we are <strong>pure*</strong>.</p>
<p>The new name ensures pure, without unnecessary excesses, technologies, and transparent and effective results. Please note that we have added two lines, which previously were not payed enough attention to: web and PR. So, from now on we are a full-service company that is able to organize all of the marketing processes. Now we&#8217;re working in the spheres of marketing, advertising, design, web and PR.</p>
